Got my 3 miler in today on the hotel treadmill. I like mine at home better even though this one was nicer. I went down to run and there was someone using the only treadmill. Shoot. 40 minutes later I started running. Just before I was going to get this guy starts to get on and I'm like "I've been waiting 40 minutes". Oh! Ok!
Anyway, I got in my workout so I'm happy.
Have a great day and.......Keep Running!!!
Glad you were able to get your run in! Hotels need more than 1 treadmill, I think!
ReplyDeleteWay to get assertive for some mill time!
ReplyDeleteAh, hotel life - know it well my friend!
ReplyDeleteway to speak up!
ReplyDeleteGood job for speaking up!!!
ReplyDeleteGood job getting your workout done. I'm not sure I would've been able to wait that long for a treadmill... probably would've just run up and down the halls, I'm sure they would've loved that. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree. For 200 rooms, two would be better.
ReplyDeleteThose hotel treadmills can be like waiting in line for an arcade game (I realize that makes me sound old...). At least you got your workout in!
ReplyDeleteHaving to wait for one treadmill....ugh!
ReplyDeleteOne of the main places I stay when I travel for work surprised me last week by completely re-doing their fitness area. 4 brand new top of the line treadmills, 2 brand new elipticals and a recumbent bike...all with small 15 inch tv's on the control panels. What a difference from the ones they used to have. A good fast walk was about all I was comfortable with on the previous machines. What a treat!!
