2 days...

Rest day today...

---------------

2 days.  Two days from right now I'm going to be standing in my corral and waiting for the national anthem to start.  In two days, I'll be running with 15,000 of my closest friends.  In two days, I'll be asking myself, "Why am I doing this again?".  In two days....I'll be running one of the few international marathons---The Detroit Marathon!

What will you be doing in two days?

Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!

  5. In two days, I'll be running a little more than a third of what you'll be running, a 10-mile run that will be a breeze compared to what awaits you.

Excited for you!! I loved my first marathon but I really felt that number two made me official - I faced the fire, survived and went back for more.

  8. Good Luck Jeff! I was supposed to be running the 1/2, had trained, and was physically ready, but other circumstances are keeping me from running: Family First! Do you use any of the online trackers like runkeeper or such so those of us not running can follow your progress?
Regardless, I'll be waiting for your feedback on the event !!
