Here's a recap of October's numbers:
Running - 104 miles(1,340 year to date); quite a bit lower than the last few months but I was on taper mode. I also decided that I would cut back(really!) some for the winter since I'm not planning to run a marathon in the spring so my miles will be somewhat lower the next couple months.
Races: 2 races, two PR's.(11 races for the year)
- The Detroit Marathon
- Wicked Halloween Run 10k(last of the season)
Biking - A whopping 5 miles!(289 year to date) Wow. One workout. I really need to get back to this. I will do it!

So the bottom line? I'm a slacker this month...well....except for the marathon day!

I don't think you can count the month that you PRed on your marathon as a slacking month!
