Raw footage....

3 miles on the schedule today...done!

-----------------

This morning I brought my camera on my run to get some pictures of what I'm seeing out there this early in the morning.  I have done this before but it's been a long time plus I have different routes.  I have the utmost respect for you folks that carry around your camera for an entire marathon.  I love taking pictures at my events but I just can't do it while I'm running the event.
Start of my driveway

It looks cold based on the grass but it was not bad at all out.
Mile 1

This is the sidewalk off a main road - doesn't look to busy huh?
Mile 2

This is in my subdivision
Mile 3

Back at home
Why do I always look dead in the morning?

Question of the day?  Do you carry your camera during your races?  How?

Have a great day and.....Keep Running!!!!!

  1. I've carried a camera during morning workouts before, but never in a race. I've thought about it, but never have - I need to do that sometime.

  2. I can't carry a camera during a race. Carrying anything drives me insane. That being said, I'm running Philly this weekend and I've been considering bringing my phone to take pictures.

  3. I carried my camera during the Detroit marathon for the first time ever. it was so much fun! I went into that marathon with one goal only, to have fun! If I were racing hard, there is no way I could carry my camera.

  4. I am envious of people that can carry their cameras on runs. I can't hold anything while running! I tried to at the Cider Slam but it was such a thorn in my side haha!

  5. You don't look dead!!! I carry my phone during all races so I use the camera on it for taking any pics during a race. I've actually never taken a picture during a race except for in the Nike Women's Half Marathon so I could get a shot of the Golden Gate Bridge behind me!
