Rest day on the schedule today. Trying to rest up for my next half marathon, Back to the Beach! IT Band is till kind of twiggy(is that a word?). Anyway, two days of rest is up for me then it's lucky #7!

I'm not sure I agree with the half marathon training plan but cool basic facts for newbies.
Also, I thought you'd all enjoy learning about your poop and pee. I'm doing my part to live up to the standards of Adam from The Boring Runner and Beth from SUAR
I think I've still got a long way to go. hah!

ReplyDeletelol The pee stuff was interesting. Well how much the bladder holds is good info. I'm pretty sure my 4 year old has pooped her lifetime amount already.

The only thing that wasn't awesome about this post is that the marathon schedule listed Chicago and no Detroit, and that's not even on you. I'm sure I'll reference this post again later. Thanks!
