6-8 miles on the schedule today......I ended up doing 8 miles on the Paint Creek Trail. I figured that would be best to run on the trail versus cement for my first long run back. It was a good decision! What I should have done was only run 6 miles though. I started to feel it in the last couple miles in my IT Band. I got a chance to run and catch up with Matt from Faster than a Turtle and Janet from @Reidphotography - the dynamo duo husband and wife running team! Ha! It was nice to catch up with them since Matt is training for a full marathon and Janet is training for yet another half after she just PR'd at her last one last weekend.

Check out what Hyland's and Darby Communications sent me!!!!!
This was a gift for sharing my blog posts for 18 weeks of my marathon training with the Hyland Fit group! I was totally excited to get this!!!! I was not expecting anything as I enjoyed sharing my training so much. As you can see, I received several of their remedy products AND I got an awesome hat that say's Hyland's on it and is made by Headsweats. I love them too!!!! It's my third hat by them.
Thank you so much to Hyland's and Darby Communications!!! You guys are the best! Thank you specifically to Coral! It was very much appreciated and I really enjoyed sharing my last marathon training with everyone.
For those of you that are not familiar with these companies, please check them out. They have great products geared towards us runners.
Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!
