Wow, this is an eye opener for me. While my running is up slightly, biking and weights is down dramatically. I guess the cross training really did make a difference as I certainly felt better last year. These are my activities:
2012 YTD
815 miles of running
70 miles of biking
8 weights workouts
2011 YTD
787 miles of running
205 miles of biking
40 weights workouts
There's only one word I think of when seeing this - Slacker! Time to get back in order.

ReplyDeleteYou may be slacking on cross training, but you're hardly a slacker! I'm kind of the opposite of you right now - my running has been cut back this year & I've done more biking & stuff than ever. I do like Run Less Run Faster's theory of running 3 days & doing at least 2 days of cross training. Seems to work for me!
