3 miles on the schedule today. I was not feeling it at all today. For some reason, my neck hurts. You know that feeling when you twist one certain way and it hurts? That's me. Hopefully it will work itself out.

I know I've shared my mileage for the year already but wanted to share the summary that Daily Mile sends each year. Here's for 2012. This includes running and biking so it's slightly higher than I showed previously.
Daily Mile does an excellent job putting this together for everyone that joins them. I like using DM because it's a simple way to track everything but gets a little bit social as well with people on it. Especially if you don't have a blog, this is a great way to share your running experiences with people online or meet up with other runners. It's also really easy to sync your miles if you have a Garmin and you can track other activity as well.
It won't give you really technical information but I'm not looking for that anyway. I just want to see the totals grouped by week, month, year including the fastest, farthest runs. I can get more technical with Garmin connect if I chose.
