On the training front, I took a ride out to the Stony Creek Mountain Bike trails last night for a little over 10 miles. Had a great time. There are some areas in there that you feel like you are deep in the wilderness - very nice! It was a bit muddy in some spots as you can see below. We tried to figure the Tritofinish bike course and do that a couple times. This sprint triathlon might be harder than I think. I will say, however, that I would have been up to run 3 miles after to that's a good sign. Just not sure how I would have felt after swimming a 1/2 mile first.
Rest day today otherwise with another Yoga session thrown in there today to help me recover.
