#RunChat Runbassador

So yesterday, I received my package from the #RunChat group for being a Runbassador.  As you see on my blog, I've already got their logo on the side panel of my blog.  So what the Runbassador package include?  Check out what I received:

Stickers, card, tattoos!

There are some temporary tattoos to be used when you go to races.  I've got a race coming up on Saturday so it's perfect timing.  We also received a couple #runchat stickers and also a #runchat business card.  I really like the business card since it's their logo.  On the back is all the ways to contact the founders, Scott Miles and David Hylton.  A great idea!

For those of you that don't know, #runchat is at 10pm ET on the 1st and 3rd Sunday's and 8pm ET on the 2nd and 4th Sunday's.  It gives you a weekly opportunity to chat about running - of course - and they usually do some giveaways as well.  In fact, they are giving away an entry to the 2014 Key West Half marathon HERE.

18 miles on the bike today.  I rode from Rochester at the duck pond out to Lake Orion and then took that back again.  I love the trail out there and it's great for running and biking.  I probably should not have gone that far - oops.
