Week three is in the books. I can't believe how fast this is going.
Monday - 3 miles(Actual - 3.10 miles, weights, yoga)
Tuesday - 6 miles(Actual - 8 miles, weights, yoga) - I moved my long run to today for Saturday race.
Wednesday - 3 miles(Actual - 3.10 miles, yoga)
Thursday - Rest(Actual - 6 miles)
Friday - 6 miles(Actual - yoga) - resting so I can be ready for Saturday's race
Saturday - 8 miles(Actual - 6.1 miles - Alpenfest 10k(short course-will explain in review)
Sunday - Cross train(Actual - rest; too tired since I did the race and cleaned the cottage inside and out)
Total Run miles - 26.33 miles
Training seems to still be going well and I hope that will continue.

3 miles this morning on my regular 3 miler route. I felt tired today. Still getting over the race from Saturday and the 10 hours of work I did after at the cottage didn't help things.
