A I grabbed my coffee cup this morning, I was thinking about all the races I've done. 50 races since I've started racing!!!!

This includes ten 5k's, one 5.6 mile race, eleven 10k's, five 10 milers, 17 half marathons, two relay marathons and four full marathons. I've had a lot of first's the past four years of racing. My first 5k, my first 10k, my first half marathon, my first relay and my first full marathon.

Tomorrow I'll take on my first Sprint Tri. I can't say that I'll go farther than that in the triathlon but it's very exciting to do something the first time. The unexpected can be exciting and I'll take it all in.
