Another month bites the dust. Let's look at how I ended up:

Miles Run:
Miles Biked: 17.42 miles. Slacking on this since I have no Triathlon to train for now.
Miles Swam: 0.48 miles. One swim.......one. For my triathlon.(800 meters technically)
Weights: 8 weight sessions; that's my goal!
Yoga: 16 sessions; another good month of yoga! All at home.
Races: A big month with 4 races; the Legend half(HERE for review); Tritofinish Offroad Triathlon(HERE for review); The Michigan Mile(HERE for review) and the Crim 10 mile(HERE for review)
Rest days: Only 2 complete rest days but really anything with just yoga I also count as rest days - this would be really 7 days that way.
This is the first month I've raced a triathlon. This is also the first month that I've races back to back, Friday-Saturday races too.

Wow, look at the mileage!! Nicely done. I think I need to make myself a monthly yoga goal. I see how often you do yoga and I always think to myself "I should be doing that".

Deletekeep the miles up there while the weather is good and the running is easy. I find it hard to believe that you have run so much after wanting to cut back because of you ITB. Well done on managing it and getting out for the extra miles.
