So October was an eventful month for me leading up to a marathon in November. Here's a breakdown of what I did:

Miles biked: None
Miles swam: None
Weight Sessions: 7 sessions
Yoga Sessions: 10 sessions
Races: Three races; the Sleeping Bear Half Marathon(HERE), the Detroit Half Marathon(HER) and the Wicked Halloween 10k(HERE)
Overall, I felt pretty good about my training. Lots of races this month with three of four weekends racing. This has been a massive year for me racing. Looks like November will be pretty busy for racing as well. I'm happy to have still kept up with the weights and yoga as well and hope to continue that after I recover this week from the marathon.
