So up next is the last Kona race of the year.  The Kona Chocolate Run 10k!

As you all know, I'm a huge fan of the Kona Running Company organization.  This will be an inaugural race for the Chocolate run and it's had quite a popular response.  When I worked the Detroit marathon expo with Kona, there were a ton of people interested in the race.  So much so that they initially sold out.

While the race had sold out, they recently added 150 new entries in the 10k and 250 entries in the 5k that you can sign up for at the race expo on November 16th.  This means if you have not signed up and thought you missed your chance, you still can race!  These registrations will not include the race jacket but you will get a $10 discount off the entry fee AND you can get in on the fun!

I'm looking forward to adding another Kona medal to my collection and this one is huge!

I'm also looking forward to the post race party where there will be lots of Chocolate.  This should be a really unique post race party.
