As you all may know, I'm an ambassador for
Gone for a Run and they periodically send me their merchandise for review. This time I decided to pick something that is near and dear to many of the runners that I know - a Beer glass! Haha! Check it out:
How's that for an inspiring glass of beer after a run? You can also customize the glass(or mug or wine glass) as well with whatever you want to say on it. Of course, what else would I put on it? Detroit Runner on the other side:
Of course, here's a picture of it actually being used too!

Filled with Tyranena Brewing Co, Chief Black Hawk Porter from Lake Mills, Wisconsin(thank you running buddy) |
It's nice to customize it and give it that special feeling. I was really surprised by the quality of the glass. It's not a cheap glass and it's actually heavier(thicker) than most of my other glasses that we use daily or that you receive from races. Here's a picture to give you an idea(although it's hard to tell from this but believe me, it's solid)

Well made glass |
I think it's a really fun gift for any runner who likes to drink beer like I do. With Father's Day coming up next month, this would be a welcome addition to any runner/beer drinker. Gone For a Run also has tons of different options if you are looking for a different style. Not only do they have these glasses but they also have mugs and wine glasses too and their are tons of saying that you can get on them. I had a really hard time picking one out since there are so many. Here's just a small sample of what they offer on their website.
Interested in learning more or ordering one of these great glasses? Glasses start at $17.99

Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!
Disclosure: I received a custom beer glass from Gone For A Run in exchange for this review. All opinions are my own and I was not required to give a particular opinion other than an honest one.
I was a bit skeptical, a beer glass review? Actually I may buy one of these. They are pricey, however worth the money for a quality beer glass!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see someone else that chooses a good dark beer as a recovery drink. Drink on! Run it off!
