A few weeks ago I received a copy of "The Runners's Bucket List, 200 Races to Run before you Die" by Denise Malan. I love reading books about running and this one is a really fun one too. The book is a collection of races around the world(but primarily in the USA) for runners.
The races are grouped into 25 different chapters based on their category. For example, the best swag or setting a PR or bridge races. I'm not sure I'd even call the book a "runner's" list but definitely a "racer's" list and I know most of my readers like to race.

For anyone that likes to race and likes to race around the country, this is a great resource to have for when you are planning your next race-cation. Pick it up today at your local bookstore. I think you will really enjoy it as I did. I'm hoping for another version to come out with even more races. Given the popularity of racing today, this could easily have been five times as large!
Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!
Disclosure: I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for a review. All opinions are my own and I was not required to give a particular opinion except and honest one.
Thanks for the information. Are there any races in the book in your geographic area?
ReplyDeleteI think you need to make your own bucket list of races you still want to run...
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of this, but seems like it would get outdated pretty quickly. Hope they also have a supplemental website that you gain access to when you buy the book!
