OK so there are on PR, but have you tried to run fast in any of the races, and didn't you have the little injury scare when you backed off?
ReplyDeleteSo I bet you are getting so strong you could run a PR if you aimed at one...
I read that if you swim laps it will improve your breathing which will improve your running times. You should try it and test the theory.
