Marathon week #6 complete

One third of the way there!  This week was a good week overall but I ended up missing my Sunday run due to a night trail race.

My Sunday run should have been 7 miles but I knew that I wouldn't be able to handle it since I ran a 5k the evening before.  I'm okay with running the next day but running less than 12 hours apart twice is not easy.  I opted for a rest day and I know it was the right decision.  I also got in some weights and yoga this week too.

The race was fun and I'll have a full review tomorrow on the blog.
