Marathon Week #7 complete


A great running week for me.  This is the most miles I've run in a week since December.  I switched up the schedule this week and ran four days in a row.  this allowed me to have a rest day the day before the Back to the Beach half marathon.  I've very happy I did that as it really helped.  It also gives me a rest day the day after the race too so I'm off today.

I had 15 miles on the schedule this week for the long run so I ran a couple miles before the race and then did the half marathon.  It worked out perfect.  I got in some good elevation too with most of the miles on the trails.

I'm looking forward to next week's drop in miles.  Hah!
