All 4 Run Gone For A Run Virtual race

As most of you know, I'm an ambassador for Gone for A Run website.  They have an awesome website that has really cool runner gifts for yourself or for a runner you know.  You can check our their website HERE.

They have another virtual race coming up called the All 4 Run 4 mile race.  This is the fourth race they have offered for their virtual race series.

Here's how it works:

• Run(or walk) for miles anytime, anywhere from July 2nd-5th
• Post your running photos, a picture of your GPS, or running app showing the time and distance and share it on GoneForaRUN Facebook page.  You can also share it with them on Instagram and Twitter
• Have fun!

Here's what you get for running the race:

A nice shirt.  The shirt is 60% cotton/40% polyester.  These shirts are super comfortable!  I love all the shirts that I've received for these virtual races.

You also get socks and a RoKBAND headband.  I didn't get these with my packet for the race announcement but you can check them both out on the Gone For A Run Website.

I have a special run planned for this race as I'll be running my second 20 mile training run as I get ready to run my next marathon.  In fact, both 20 mile runs I'm doing will get me a medal since I'm doing on for the Dad's Footsteps 5k(sold out) virtual race and this one as well.  They will be well earned medals for sure!
