Road Shark 5 mile run

Okay, okay, well I didn't actually run just five miles for the Road Shark 5 mile run by Gone For A Run.  I made this virtual race part of my half marathon yesterday at the Legend half marathon.  I also ran them all on trails so I guess you could say it was a Trail Shark 5 mile run for me.

Today I ended with three medals and a glass.  Two medals for the Legend race and Serious Series and one medal for my Road Shark 5 mile virtual run.

After the race, we hung out awhile and enjoyed the after race and I changed into my Road Shark 5 mile shirt.  As I mentioned, I really love these shirts since they fit well and are so comfortable.

It was a good day for running and makes it much more fun when there are people I know there too.  I also like the extra motivation of another medal at the finish.
