Run Now Beer Later 10k Virtual Race by Gone For A Run

As most of you know, I'm an ambassador for Gone for A Run website.  They have an awesome website that has really cool runner gifts for yourself or for a runner you know.  You can check our their website HERE.

They have another Virtual race coming up called the Run Now Beer Later 10k Virtual Race.  This is the seventh race they have offered for their virtual race series and, if there is any virtual race that fits me well, it's this one!  I love my running and I love my beer!

Here's how it works -
  • Run(or walk) a 10k run anytime, anywhere from September 25-27th this year.
  • Post your running photos, a picture of your GPS, or running app showing the time and distance and share it on GoneForaRUN Facebook page.  You can also share it with them on Instagram and Twitter using hashtag #runforBeer10k
  • Have fun!
Here's what you get for running the race:
A great virtual race package!
A nice shirt.  The shirt is 60% cotton/40% polyester.  These shirts are super comfortable and fit true to size and I wear them all the time.  You also get a custom race bib and a custom medal for once you finish.  The medal is awesome and actually has a built in bottle opening in it too.  Check it out:
Cool medal with a built in bottle opener (see the handle)
While it's a virtual 10k, the fun part about it is that you can run more if you want.  I'll be running my 38th half marathon along with this virtual race, the Brooksie Way in Rochester.  It's always nice to earn a medal after a run like that but even if you only want to do 10k, you can and it's a nice challenging distance too.  I'll also be sure to have a beer post race for sure!

You can register on the Gone For A Run website HERE.  Cost to run this is $32.00 and you get all of the above seen on their website.

Who wants to join me?

Let run!

Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!

Disclosure:  As an ambassador of Gone For A Run, I received a complimentary entry into this virtual race.  All opinions are my own.
