Run Now Beer Later virtual 10k complete!

So this past Sunday I ran the Gone For A Run Virtual race called the Run Now Beer Later 10k.  This is a race that fits me well.  I love running and I love drinking beer!  It's such a cool medal with a real bottle opener in it too.

Not only did I run 10k but I ran my 38th half marathon at the Brooksie Way as part of the virtual run.   I kept my streak alive with all sub 2 hour road half marathons(25 of them were road).  I always love the motivation of another medal.  While I keep all my medals displayed in my office, I'm having a hard time leaving this one hanging up since I want to grab it to open my beer.

I even celebrated my accomplishment with my Gone for A Run beer glass that I reviewed last year.  It was a bonus that I had a nice beer from one of my favorite breweries in Michigan too.
